Built in 1973, Salt Lake Shopping Center is located in Central Oahu. This community shopping center is home to Safeway, Long’s Drug Store and also features a great mix of tenants including casual dining eateries, doctor’s offices, gift shops, and electronics and entertainment. Back to School Contest Winner Congratulations to 9 year old Nalu Asing of Aiea for winning the Salt Lake Shopping Center and Island 98.5 back-to-school event. Nalu and 6 of his friends went back to school (Makalapa Elementary School) in style with a stretch limo.
